at Beau Rivage in Malibu and then at his former restaurant, il Sole on Sunset

Pappa pomodoro, is a rich tomato-and-bread soup. Clams and mussels, are
served in a light tomato broth with garlic, herbs and extra virgin olive oil. His
penne arrabiata is considered by many to be the best in the city. Orecchiette
w/Italian sausage and penne ragu will become your new comfort food. Dover
sole, is flown in fresh from Europe, simply sautéed and boned at the table. The
center cut veal chop, is heavenly, served in a rich truffle sauce. Daily specials
include fresh organic meats and seafood and delicious deserts are made daily.
